The mind stores and processes information through our senses. Touch, sight, sound, smell, taste…
We recreate the world inside our head with inner representations of these. These modalities of information processing have subcategories.
Examine the sound of speech: it can be loud, or soft, it can be slow, it can be fast, it can be high pitched, or low pitched, it could be coming from inside your head (self talk) or outside (sound in the world), and so on.
These are submodalities of sound. There are many, many more. In our course, you will learn how to manually adjust all sensory submodalities in order to give new instructions to your mind. When those instructions are accepted, you are different in strategic and desired ways.
If self critical is a thing, we’ll teach you how to change your inner voice to a “Yes, I can. Yay, me!” cheerleader.
