A “limiting belief” is one that stops a person from living their fullest and best life. It’s typically a “less than” idea, with interior monologue along the lines of: “I’m not good enough.” “I can’t be successful.” Or, even the most virulent: “I’m unworthy.”
You’ll run across people holding these beliefs if you do this work. Now, these beliefs are not truth, they’re merely ideas accepted as truth. We teach you how to toss them into the trash can where they belong.
